Description
Chatbots were 2023. In 2026 companies want agents: systems that read documents, call tools, take actions and know when to ask a human. This advanced course teaches the engineering behind them, with an emphasis on reliability rather than flashy demos.
You will build three systems end to end — a policy-document assistant using RAG, a data analyst agent that writes and runs SQL, and a customer-support agent with escalation — and you'll learn how to test, monitor and cost-control each one.
Pre-enrolled students get early access to the first two modules and a live build session with Dr. Hassan in launch week.
