Delivery is free on all book orders above PKR 2,500. Below that, a flat PKR 150 delivery charge applies nationwide. Online courses have no delivery charge since they are available instantly.

We deliver to every city and most towns in Pakistan through our courier partners, including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. If your area isn't covered for Cash on Delivery, you'll see this at checkout and can pay online instead.

Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by SMS and email. You can also see live status under My Account → Orders.

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Go to My Account → Orders and choose Cancel, or contact us on WhatsApp. Orders usually ship within 24 hours, so please reach out quickly.

Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and PayPak) through Safepay, Pakistan's secure payment gateway, and Cash on Delivery for book orders. Courses must be paid by card since access is granted instantly.

Yes, for book orders up to PKR 25,000 in most cities. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider. COD is not available for online courses.

Choose "Pay securely with Card" and select Proceed to Payment. You'll enter your card on Safepay's secure checkout page, approve any one-time code from your bank, and return to Ilmora automatically. Your order is confirmed only after we verify the payment with Safepay.

Card payments are processed by Safepay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Ilmora never sees or stores your card number. Some banks will ask for an OTP (3-D Secure) to approve the transaction.

Banks sometimes take a few minutes to confirm. We update your order automatically as soon as Safepay confirms the payment, so please don't pay again. If it still shows pending after 15 minutes, contact support with your order number; you won't be charged twice.

If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the title or edition you ordered, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return courier cost.

We're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on books, especially textbooks and exam guides, because they can't be resold as new. Please check the edition, board and class before ordering.

Yes. If a course isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase from My Account → Courses, provided you've completed less than 30% of it. No questions asked.

Card refunds are issued through Safepay to the original card and take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank. For COD orders, we refund to a bank account or mobile wallet of your choice.

Lifetime. Once you buy a course you can watch it as many times as you like, including any future updates the instructor adds.

Yes, most courses include a certificate of completion once you finish all lessons and quizzes. You can download it as a PDF and share it on LinkedIn. Certificates are issued by Ilmora and are not a formal academic qualification.

Both. Each course page lists its language: English, Urdu, or Urdu + English. Many technical courses are taught in Urdu with English terminology, which our students find easiest to follow.

Yes. Courses play in any mobile browser and adjust quality to your connection, so they work on 3G/4G too. You can pick up exactly where you left off on any device.

Every course has a Q&A section where instructors and teaching assistants answer questions, usually within 48 hours.

You can buy books as a guest, but an account lets you track orders, save addresses, keep a wishlist, and access your courses. Courses always require an account.
